We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Are your materials sustainable?

Yes, at BERLOOK we are committed to the environment. Many of our collections are crafted using recycled fabrics, such as ECONYL® regenerated nylon and recycled polyester, to reduce our environmental footprint.
